Following twenty years as a litigator in private practice and as a state prosecutor, I opened my own practice in September, 2012 to work as an independent fact finder for colleges and universities in student sexual misconduct and employee-student harassment matters. I also provide advice and counsel to educational institutions on Title IX issues, conduct internal investigations for employers, and provide training in Title IX and employment discrimination prevention. Finally, I continue to maintain a small litigation practice in which I represent plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil and criminal matters.
