My personal injury case was very very complicated and took 8 months to resolve. During that time I was amazed at both Robert's ability to almost immediately respond to my e-mails, phone calls, letters, etc. and the incredible knowledge of Liz T, Robert's assistant, who impressed me during every phone call.
