Rear end Collision
I was rear ended and ended up in the ER. A friend recommended that I go see Mitch and that was the best thing that I've done after my accident. Mitch on day one explained to me the process behind personal injury protection. He was professional and curtious and commited to the case. He has tremendous knowledge on how to deal with the complexity of the insurance companies and the medical bills that kept piling up. With his experience he made the whole process a lot easier for me and my family. The first thing you should do if you get in a serious accident is seek medical treatment then talk with a good, experienced personal injury lawyer like Mitch.

Mitch was very professional and handled the depositions when I sued for damages. He thoroughly took apart the guy who was screwing me to the point the other atty left with an embarrassed look on his face and I got every penny I was entitled to.

Workers comp
Anyone who is looking for help in a workers comp case should go to mitchell. He was extremely helpful trough the whole process. Not only does he want you to get payed for miss time but he cares about your overall health. He was extremely responsive to me and has a great assistant who was very friendly. Mitchell has over 30 years experience and it really shows in the court room, he presents well and is extremely organized.

excellent personal service
Mitchell is very attentive and seems to be hard working and dedicated to each client's needs. He kept me informed as to both my status and my odds. I have used him in both my business and a car accident that went to court.
