Maria Lockhart

I engaged Ms Lockhart as results of a situation where someone was trying take advantage of me. This person was trying to interrupt a legal document to his advantage. Maria was very knowledge in this area and gave me the confidence to move forward and confront this situation. As a result of Maria's wo...rk, this situation was resolved favorable for me. On what has to be the worst day of my life I was charged with two felonies. I felt freighted upset and alone, however having Maria as my attorney saved the day. She tirelessly worked on my case for months studying all of the evidence, finding new information and and talking to possible witnesses on m...y behalf. All of which was a major help to me at my trial. She was also able to get one of the felony charges dropped before trial started. She was with me for all of my court appearances and on the day of the trial she was able to show that not one but two witnesses against me were not being truthful. She gave excellent open and closing statements which showed how the prosecution's case just didn't add up. If the day I was charged was the worst day of my life than the day of the trail when Maria got me a "Not Guilty" verdict might just be the best day of my life and it was having her be my advocate that made all the difference. It felt great to be able to walk out of that courtroom and put this behind me and I know Maria is the the reason why.
