I contacted Mr Snell with concerns I had related to an estate. He was very prompt in his response. His advise was helpful and I have begun implementing his suggestions. If I need an MA attorney I will be contacting him again.

I strongly recommend Brian Snell. He took the time to respond to my Avvo question, not once but twice. In addition, he took it a step further by receiving my call and gave me free legal advice. He treated me with respect given my circumstances and gave me a solution to a matter that no other attor...

I called Atty. Snell as I had seen some input he had given on the web. He was incredibly kind to speak with me and give me his opinion and answer what he could within the guidelines of my questions. His generosity to even speak with me as I had not hired him was invaluable and I find that in itself...
"Attorney Snell is a valued contributor to this website and has been generous enough to allow me, as a fellow attorney, to bounce questions off of him. His answers on this website, as well as the answers he has given me directly, are thoughtful and useful. I absolutely endorse Attorney Snell."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Snell is an outstanding attorney with an exceptional reputation. He is a strong and zealous advocate for his clients and a credit to the legal profession. I highly recommend his legal services."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian and I practice in some of the same areas of law, so I have had the privilege of reading many of his answers. Brian is not only spot on, when it comes to the law, but also offers practical advice and you can tell from his answers that he genuinely cares about people. He is one of the good guys, a true professional, and a great resource for the Avvo community. I have been remiss in not endorsing Brian LONG ago, and I am very happy to correct that oversight, at this time! I would highly recommend a consultation with Brian, if you have any probate, estate planning or elder law matter that you need to have resolved. James Frederick"
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian is a great attorney and is very committed to his client. He is bright and dedicated to the area of elder law. He is a consummate professional."
