William F. Delaney

William Delaney is probably the worst lawyer you can get. He’s not up-to-date on family and probate procedures and laws. I hired him when I was getting divorced and because of his inexperience, I lost a lot of parenting time and money. When I went to court with him when my ex-wife was recording me.... He told the judge that he doesn’t understand the wire taping laws. The information was given to him two months before, and he couldn’t do the due diligence to look up what the laws are on video on another spouse. In all of my life. I made some bad decisions, but the worst decision I ever made was to hire William Delaney. He was referred to me and I don’t even talk to that person anymore because William Delaney has no business in the courtroom.

Attorney Delaney was terrific throughout my two year ugly divorce! It's unreal to me how anybody would say otherwise. He seems to knows everyone at the Family probate court and everyone seems to know him. I would not hesitate to refer him and have. Each person I have referred has come back to me wi...th the highest compliments and thanks!

I would never refer this man to anyone including my worst enemy. I have been calling him for months and he still hasn't given me my divorce paperwork and it has been almost a year. My money was wasted on this man. He did absolutely nothing that he promised he would. He couldn't even get me alimon...y.
