No action, overbilled
She did not seem to have a grasp on my case. I kept dealing with her associates, then she would call and ask the same questions. Of course, I was billed for talking to te associate, Merill, and for Merill to talk to the associate. I felt she was unprepared for court, and did not prepare me as well...
