I hired Attorney Faro to handle my sons divorce and custody agreement. Attorney Faro was professional and patient. She negotiated a generous parenting time arrangement so my son has his daughter almost as much as she is with her mother. I was quite disappointed in my experience with Atty. Faro. She continued to pressure me to settle with my ex-husband rather than go to trial, which would have been complicated and costly. That was certainly reasonable. However. the agreement I signed was not fair, in my opinion. since it did not adrr...ss the $16,000 in unpaid reimbursements owed to me, but only addresses relief from figure liability for my children's college tuition. I really had little voice in the process, and if I had to do it over again, I would have stood up for my position, rather than what Atty. Faro decided was fair. She never really saw or heard my point of view, and was far from empathetic.
