Greg Ramsey
I was buying my family business and there were things that were well complicated. Greg took the time to understand my situation from every angle and not only the legal angles. He listened, provided counsel that he knew I needed to hear but didn't want to hear at times, and pushed for a good deal. ...
Thank you for the kinds words Dan. Great clients make my work that much more enjoyable!
"I worked with Greg on a commercial litigation matter filed in Ohio. Greg engaged my firm as local counsel for his client. It was a pleasure working with Greg. He worked tirelessly for his client and when it was necessary and in his client's best interest, he stood his ground during heated settlement negotiations. At times, acting as local counsel can be very frustrating. But with Greg, I never felt like an outsider. He held regular meetings with the client and always kept me updated on our position. He allowed me to actively participate in the litigation and provided useful guidance and insight along the way. Most notably, he had a thorough understanding of the potential issues inherent in multi-state litigation. I look forward to working with Greg again. He is an excellent attorney and I highly endorse him."
"I endorse this lawyer. Worked well with me in a contested matter and was able to help bring us to an amicable conclusion. Acted professionally and respectfully at all times. In a world of contentious people, Greg brought new light to help us all recall how important it is to keep our profession held to the highest standards."
"Honored to have attended the same law school as Greg, and was able to first-hand observe the level on intelligence and fervor that is not noted in many individuals. Anyone is lucky to have Greg fighting for them. Highly recommend Greg."
"Attorney Ramsey was very professional and a strong advocate for his client. We were able to resolve a difficult matter due in no small part to his legal expertise and advocacy skills."
"Attorney Ramsey has excellent research and writing skills. He is familiar with common local practices. He is prepared, and an excellent communicator."

"Attorney Ramsey is an extremely talented and well versed attorney who will always do the utmost for his clients. I highly recommend him."
"Greg has years of experience in contract law, construction disputes and negotiation, and litigation; he is meticulous and thorough. In short, he's one of the best."
"Greg Ramsey is a supremely competent, and organized attorney with a vast knowledge of many areas of the law. My work and interactions with him have always been professional and cordial. I would highly recommend him in all matters regarding civil litigation and construction law."

Through the efforts of mediation and continued settlement discussions that followed, the parties reached an amicable settlement favorable to all.
I successfully defended the claim for the client without any award being issued to the plaintiff, despite the fact that there were technical violations of the home improvement contractor act (which the Plaintiff heaviliy relied upon).
We were able to successfully perfect our client's mechanic's lien rights and bond rights, and obtain payment on the vast majority of the construction projects from the various general contractors, owners and bonding companies.
