Very helpful and informative in a difficult time

Attorney Manning-Zoll came highly recommended by a trusted friend. After consultation with her, I hired her to help me navigate a divorce and custody battle with my ex-wife. Attorney Manning-Zoll was very attentive to all my many questions and needs during this very difficult time. I had no prior exp...erience in probate court and limited understanding of how difficult a divorce / custody dispute would be. Attorney Manning-Zoll was very patient with me, explaining and walking me through each step of the way. Jennifer is a knowledgeable lawyer, consultant, guide, with a healthy balance of fairness and honesty that was constant and reassuring to me as her client during a very challenging time.

I would recommend Attorney Manning-Zoll

Attorney Manning-Zoll was recommended to me by a very successful lawyer that I had for many years who was retiring. My attorney thought very highly of Jennifer Manning-Zoll. I was cautious about dealing with her at first, where my old lawyer knew me so well. Attorney Manning –Zoll took over my cas...e and reassured me that what I was in good hands. During the first consult she went over everything as to how she does her billing and we did talk about ways to keep the cost down. She was very professional in how she handled my case. She always kept me up to date as to what was going on and her billing was on a monthly basis which was great for me. My case was a success. Since then I have had her work on another case for me and again was a success. I am more than happy to recommend Attorney Manning-Zoll to anyone who is looking for a Family Law attorney.

I hired Jennifer in 2010 and she was a highly valued asset to me at a very difficult time in my life. Jennifer was responsive, knowledgeable, and, highly competent. Not a good experience/ I hired another attorney

*I did all the leg work * very submissive, (I'm a mother of 3 children that are "living with me" and my Ex got the family home!) *My Ex's attorney clearly dominated, no arguing was made on my behalf

You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts. Most clients appreciate the opportunity to save on legal fees by giving them some non-legal "homework". You're the first one who has complained.

Divorce

I was a client that hired her for my divorce. I had a prenup that was not contested. Two minor children lived with me, and I held most of the assets. She was not well prepared with documents i.e., for mediation, and had difficulty negotiating with a more seasoned attorney that my Ex husband hired. A ...potential divorce became a lengthy process. Consider for hire maybe in real estate law.
