Attorney Jennifer Manning-Zoll represented me for my divorce. My marriage was a short term marriage however, my soon to be ex-husband had substance abuse issues which affected the safety and well-being of my infant son and me. To complicate matters, I was the primary owner of my residence and had a...ssets/income prior to getting married. Attorney Manning-Zoll heard all my concerns and protected me and my son during my divorce proceedings, obtaining court ordered supervised parenting time for my infant son and temporary sole physical/legal custody for me. After numerous missed supervised visitations due to my ex-husband’s substance abuse issues, Attorney Manning-Zoll was allowed by the judge a court ordered random drug and alcohol hair follicle testing to be done on my ex-husband. This screening never occurred since my ex-husband was brought in by police and held in Protective Custody. The week following this recent incident my ex-husband checked into a long term rehab. My divorce was finalized in January 2017. I was awarded permanent physical custody and legal custody of my son and my ex-husband would receive his reinstated court ordered supervised two (2) hour a week parenting time with his son after successful completion of his drug/alcohol treatment program. In regards to my financial status, Attorney Manning-Zoll work extremely hard to protect my assets and residence and the court did order me to pay my ex-husband according to division of assets statue but awarded to keep my residence. At all times, I knew Attorney Manning-Zoll had my back and not once did I have to second guess her approach towards issues and developments along the way. Attorney Manning-Zoll is professional, detailed-oriented, highly organized, someone who excels in her field and has your back.

Custody , and restraining order-A GREAT LAWYER

I have met and consulted with many different lawyers and Jennifer not only was the most professional, but also the most personable. She is a forced to be recognized with in court, and is very well spoken. She commands the floor of court room with such grace and strength. She is a lawyer with integrit...y, very fair priced, honest, and pleasure to have on your side. I hired her twice one for restraining order and the second for a custody. In both cases she won. She worked out a payment plan with me and even cut the cost down. Even till this day she has provided advise and paper work from my file. I am a single mother, and its hard to find a lawyer you can trust to not abuse the situation, especially when you are very emotional. She more than exceeded my exceptions. I have absolutely no complaints and give the opportunity I will hirer her again. I highly recommend her. I wish I had written it sooner but I only hope that this review will help provided some confidence, and confirmation that Jennifer is the lawyer for you.
