Amazing representation

Jennifer recently has helped me with my divorce. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. She is assertive and knows the law. I would not hesitate to have her help me in any situation I would need. She is compassionate,understanding and will make sure she leads you in the right direction.

Amazing Attorney

Attorney Manning Zoll is an incredible negotiator and a truly compassionate person. All attorneys are nothing alike. I had one before Jennifer and the difference was like night and day. Jennifer listens, she's detailed and she's realistic. She crosses her T's and dots her I's as a true professional. ...This was an extremely tough divorce as I am sure most are, and honestly I wasn't sure I was going to get through it, but I did and I got more than I had asked for. She's quick to respond, she listens to every detail and she fights hard for you. I am not sure you could do any better than her to be honest. Watching her in court running circles around my Ex's attorney was a site to behold. Even other attorneys at court told me I had one of the best attorneys out there and she is very cost efficient even giving clients opportunities to do some of there own legwork to save money if they want. Best attorney in Mass.

Jennifer is perhaps one of the most trusted, thorough, and respected lawyers in the state of Massachusetts. I used her for my divorce last year. I was floored by stories from other people about how bad their lawyers were or are, as my experience with Jennifer was entirely different. She was prepared ...and gave me ways to keep my costs low. She made my divorce go as smoothly as anyone could ask for. She is one of the best people i know and i trust her more than any person on this planet. I have sent several friends to her who say the very same things about her. I would highly recommend Jennifer Manning -Zoll. I wish all lawyers had the integrity this woman has.

Divorce & Custody

Attorney Jennifer Manning-Zoll represented me for my divorce. My marriage was a short term marriage however, my soon to be ex-husband had substance abuse issues which affected the safety and well-being of my infant son and me. To complicate matters, I was the primary owner of my residence and had a...ssets/income prior to getting married. Attorney Manning-Zoll heard all my concerns and protected me and my son during my divorce proceedings, obtaining court ordered supervised parenting time for my infant son and temporary sole physical/legal custody for me. After numerous missed supervised visitations due to my ex-husband’s substance abuse issues, Attorney Manning-Zoll was allowed by the judge a court ordered random drug and alcohol hair follicle testing to be done on my ex-husband. This screening never occurred since my ex-husband was brought in by police and held in Protective Custody. The week following this recent incident my ex-husband checked into a long term rehab. My divorce was finalized in January 2017. I was awarded permanent physical custody and legal custody of my son and my ex-husband would receive his reinstated court ordered supervised two (2) hour a week parenting time with his son after successful completion of his drug/alcohol treatment program. In regards to my financial status, Attorney Manning-Zoll work extremely hard to protect my assets and residence and the court did order me to pay my ex-husband according to division of assets statue but awarded to keep my residence. At all times, I knew Attorney Manning-Zoll had my back and not once did I have to second guess her approach towards issues and developments along the way. Attorney Manning-Zoll is professional, detailed-oriented, highly organized, someone who excels in her field and has your back.

My divorce

I hired Jennifer when my wife took out a restraining order and filed for divorce. She got the restraining order thrown out. I feel that she got me the best resolution to my case that I could have hoped for. Most importantly my daughter lives with me. Jen listened to my concerns, told me which issues ...I had a chance of getting a ruling in my favor and explained to me why the court wouldn't rule for me on others. She didn't sugar coat the fact that in a divorce the law favors the wife. I feel that I was the overall winner in my divorce and I know I paid far less for my lawyer than my wife paid for hers. If I need an attorney in the future I will definitely hire Jennifer again.
