Jennifer facilitated a unique co-guardianship agreement between family members residing in two states. Jennifer worked diligently to ensure that all the necessary details were addressed and the proper paperwork filed prior to court dates. Jennifer was extremely professional, prepared, and always w...orked consciously to avoid excessive fees. Jennifer's communication was thorough, timely and straightforward. Jennifer was personable, and committed to assisting our family in order to provide for the best interest of the kids involved. We appreciated having her expertise and knowledge guiding us throughout this process. We highly recommend her services.

Custody , and restraining order-A GREAT LAWYER

I have met and consulted with many different lawyers and Jennifer not only was the most professional, but also the most personable. She is a forced to be recognized with in court, and is very well spoken. She commands the floor of court room with such grace and strength. She is a lawyer with integrit...y, very fair priced, honest, and pleasure to have on your side. I hired her twice one for restraining order and the second for a custody. In both cases she won. She worked out a payment plan with me and even cut the cost down. Even till this day she has provided advise and paper work from my file. I am a single mother, and its hard to find a lawyer you can trust to not abuse the situation, especially when you are very emotional. She more than exceeded my exceptions. I have absolutely no complaints and give the opportunity I will hirer her again. I highly recommend her. I wish I had written it sooner but I only hope that this review will help provided some confidence, and confirmation that Jennifer is the lawyer for you. I hope that to those looking for a lawyer will not over look the opportunity. Thank you , Jennifer. I will forever be grateful for her services.

My divorce

I hired Jennifer when my wife took out a restraining order and filed for divorce. She got the restraining order thrown out. I feel that she got me the best resolution to my case that I could have hoped for. Most importantly my daughter lives with me. Jen listened to my concerns, told me which issues ...I had a chance of getting a ruling in my favor and explained to me why the court wouldn't rule for me on others. She didn't sugar coat the fact that in a divorce the law favors the wife. I feel that I was the overall winner in my divorce and I know I paid far less for my lawyer than my wife paid for hers. If I need an attorney in the future I will definitely hire Jennifer again.

Excellent service

I have hired Atty Jennifer L. Manning -Zoll to write my will , and I named her the Executor. Her input was very helpful to my situation. I have also consulted with her about poor service by a moving company and her help was superb, I did not have to pay the company. I would hire her again and r...ecommend her without reservation.

Conscientious, sensible and caring

I hired Jennifer over four years ago to initiate divorce proceedings after 35 years of marriage. Jennifer was not only professional but also sensitive to my situation. I was recommended to her by a colleague who works in the legal field with me. We know all too well that in many divorces, the onl...y person who comes ahead is the divorce attorney. Not in Jennifer's case. I went in explaining what I wanted. She tried to convince me on more than one occasion I was entitled to more but respected my wishes. I got accurate monthly statements so I knew how much my legal fees were. I was so satisfied that when one of my children decided to end their short-term marriage, we went right back to Jennifer. She did as excellent a job for my child as she did for me. I even got a refund from the retainer because she didn't spend as much time as she thought would be necessary to complete his paperwork. Now, how many people can say their divorce attorney issued them a refund check?
