I would recommend Attorney Manning-Zoll

Attorney Manning-Zoll was recommended to me by a very successful lawyer that I had for many years who was retiring. My attorney thought very highly of Jennifer Manning-Zoll. I was cautious about dealing with her at first, where my old lawyer knew me so well. Attorney Manning –Zoll took over my cas...e and reassured me that what I was in good hands. During the first consult she went over everything as to how she does her billing and we did talk about ways to keep the cost down. She was very professional in how she handled my case. She always kept me up to date as to what was going on and her billing was on a monthly basis which was great for me. My case was a success. Since then I have had her work on another case for me and again was a success. I am more than happy to recommend Attorney Manning-Zoll to anyone who is looking for a Family Law attorney.

Divorce

I was a client that hired her for my divorce. I had a prenup that was not contested. Two minor children lived with me, and I held most of the assets. She was not well prepared with documents i.e., for mediation, and had difficulty negotiating with a more seasoned attorney that my Ex husband hired. A ...potential divorce became a lengthy process. Consider for hire maybe in real estate law.

As a lawyer, I am bound by a code of conduct that prevents me from responding in a point-by-point fashion in this forum, but I can say that I do not believe your post accurately defines me, my practice nor your case. You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts. If these were your "opinions" during my representation of you, I wish you would have discussed them with me directly. I try very hard to make sure that my clients know that I hear them and what they say matters. Your negative review is just a reminder that, at times, this can be a thankless job.
