I usually don't write reviews, but I felt the need to In this instance because of my very positive experience with Attorney Guida. I applied for and was denied my MA LTC due to a misdemeanor from 10 years ago. I was ellidgible for a hearing with MA FLRB. After contemplating doing it alone, I'm very... glad that I went with Attorney Guida instead. His knowledge of the process, preparedness , and attention to detail is exceptional. With his assitance I received a favorable decision. This is not an easy process and should be taken very serious. I'm usually a do it myself kind of person. However with the MA FLRB you only get one chance and Attirney Guida is the person you want sitting next to you.
