Attorney Donaghue met with my husband and me for a consultation regarding criminal gun charges that were a result of a larceny at our home. My husband's hunting rifle was among the stolen items, so we of course reported it to police and they in turn charged my husband with possession of gun and ammu...nition because his FID card had expired. My boyfriend got arrested for an OUI back on 2/2012. We were given Paul's name from a few different people (one being a police officer ). One our first meeting with Paul he outlined what his defense would be and my boyfriend was sold on having him represent him as his lawyer. I was very closely invloved with my daughters defense and Paul did a great job of reviewing the facts, pointing out inconsistencies, hiring investigators, subpoenaing witness, etc. During the trial he asked all the right questions and jury returned a verdict of not guilty verdict in less than 30 mins.... I would definetly use Paul again as he did an outstanding job for my daughter and if not for him she might have been wrongly convicted.
