I met Attorney Paul Donaghue several years ago when I worked as a police officer. I have seen Paul work in the criminal court system. He is a very competent litigator that knows his way in the criminal system. So, when I needed a lawyer for my wife when she fell, due to a company's negligence, and se...verely injured he shoulder and broke her wrist, there was no question that I gave Paul a call first. Paul guided us throught the civil side of the system advising my wife and I on the pros and cons of taking a injury case to trial, all the time looking out for our best interest. We opted for mediation with and outstanding outcome. Not only does Paul know the law he also is very knowledgeable when it comes to medical terms. There is no question that I would use Paul again and I have already recommended him to several of my friends.

Attorney Donaghue met with my husband and me for a consultation regarding criminal gun charges that were a result of a larceny at our home. My husband's hunting rifle was among the stolen items, so we of course reported it to police and they in turn charged my husband with possession of gun and ammu...nition because his FID card had expired. Attorney Donaghue thoroughly researched the law regarding this situation and presented us with his plan for defending my husband the first night we met. We had to appear in court several times before trial. The trial was yesterday and the outcome was exactly what Paul had discussed. It was a very good outcome and we are extremely satisfied with Attorney Donaghue's services. He was very professional and knowledgeable and even though it was an unfortunate situation, he was able to defend my husband with great success. My boyfriend got arrested for an OUI back on 2/2012. We were given Paul's name from a few different people (one being a police officer ). One our first meeting with Paul he outlined what his defense would be and my boyfriend was sold on having him represent him as his lawyer.
