I contacted Paul after I was charged with OUI-Liquor and Negligent Operation this past summer. Attorney Donaghue was excellent. I was facing a 3rd offense oui which carries a felony charge and many aweful punishments including jail and 15 years of license revocation and/or limitations on and on. Thank God I met Paul.
