I contacted Paul after I was charged with OUI-Liquor and Negligent Operation this past summer. Initially I did not want a trial and thought that pleading guilty to the charges would be the quickest and easiest resolution for me. Paul was able to show me how in a trial we would be able to present our ...side of the story with facts to counter the prosecution’s. Paul’s guidance during this very difficult time was crucial and has made a big impact in my life. During the trial, Paul was incredibly effective presenting my defense. His expertise in the courtroom was evident throughout every part of the trial process. In the end, the jury came back very quickly with a Not Guilty verdict and I owe that resolution to Attorney Donaghue’s ability in court. I owe quite a bit to Paul as the penalties in my case would have been very serious, and I would recommend Paul to anyone who needs legal help, especially anyone who has found themselves facing the tough situation of an OUI charge.

Attorney Donaghue was excellent. I was facing a 3rd offense oui which carries a felony charge and many aweful punishments including jail and 15 years of license revocation and/or limitations on and on. Thank God I met Paul.
