Attorney Donaghue was excellent. I was facing a 3rd offense oui which carries a felony charge and many aweful punishments including jail and 15 years of license revocation and/or limitations on and on. Thank God I met Paul. His expertise from the very begining was settleing and encouraging. He held t...he faith all along. Ultimately my case was dismised at the jury trial due to attorney Donaghues' skills. I will not get into the details of the dismisal as it involved a MA state trooper for whom I respect. Lets just say Paul won which resulted in my case being fully dismissed and my drivers license was reinstated overturning the 5 year suspension in place for refusing the breathalizer.
