Attorney Nason began his careeer in the law, as a police officer in New Hampshire. While working his way up the ranks in law enforcement, he worked as a sergeant, lieutenant, police chief, and district court prosecutor. After retiring from law enforcement, Chief Nason then founded and operated The Nason Group, LLC, a full service litigation support company providing private investigation and background research services in NH. 

After attending the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts and being sworn in to the Massachusetts Bar, Attorney Nason began practicing law of counsel for Boz Law Offices, in Boston, Massachusetts while simultaneously running his own law office.

Attorney Nason joined Wolfson & Bernazzani, PLLC, a general practice firm with offices in Nashua, NH and Woburn, MA, and currently owns his own practice. Very helpful in resolving dispute with contractor
Our contractor failed to complete a home improvement project despite our repeated attempts to contact him. We hired Mr. Nason to represent us. Mr Nason was professional and efficient in helping us resolve our dispute. He was very communicative and always available to discuss the case. He provided excellent advice on ways to proceed. We were very pleased with his work as it resulted in a successful resolution of the situation.

Excellent attorney highly recommended!!
I contacted attorney Nason in reference to an automobile accident, where I was struck by a vehicle while walking. Immediately he gave me options and great advice. He also kept me informed in every option and decision the other party was willing to "settle for." Mr. Nason worked very hard and negotiated extremely well with the other party and got me thousands of dollars more. I highly recommend him for any litigation!! I also recommended him to two other people with different cases, and he performed the same for them as well! Great job and thank you!

Great Attorney

A weight was lifted from me - I had an advocate
Working your way through the legal system can be frustrating, and unbelievably stressful. Hiring Seldon was such a relief because after a thorough consultation with me - partnering with me to look at my case from every angle - I was able to let him take over and I could concentrate on other things. UNUM Disability Claim
UNUM closed my disability claim even though there'd been no improvement in my situation. Attorney Nason was successful in getting the claim reopened and benefits restored back to the date the claim was closed. His fee was fair and he gave me frequent updates via email or phone call. I strongly recommend his representation.
