Jason Matthew McGuire

Attorney McGuire is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. He graduated Cum Laude from the Massachusetts School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree with a minor in Finance and Asset Management Law. While in law school, Attorney McGuire received awards from the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) in Federal Income Tax; Gift and Estate Tax; Motions and Litigation Practice; and Appellate Advocacy classes. He received his undergraduate degree from Hesser College graduating Summa Cum Laude with a major in Business Administration.

Jason has a passion for helping people protect their wealth and pass on as much of their estate to their loved ones as possible. His education and experience help him create comprehensive wealth transfer solutions, which take into consideration both federal and Massachusetts tax implications. Jason is dedicated to helping people plan for their future and easing their burden after the passing of a loved one.

Attorney McGuire served seven years in the United States Army attaining the rank of Sergeant. As an Intelligence Analyst, Jason served in Germany, Hungary, and Italy in support of peacekeeping operations in the Balkans, and later supported the war on terror while stationed in Florida. After leaving the Army, Jason lived in Alabama before ultimately settling in New Hampshire.
