This is my second time hiring Jim to represent me. First time was for a civil issue. This time was for a divorce. Jim and Diane (paralegal) helped me get through what is the toughest thing I have faced yet. Jim spent time right up front asking if this divorce was avoidable and if the marriage cou...ld still be saved. When the process began Jim was always working with me to resolve the issues with my ex and trying to avoid court. Jim will be tough if you ask him or not if that is what's best to find a resolution. I was hired Attorney Doherty in 2009 for a divorce. I had a lot of hurdles with my ex but I knew Jim was right on it and would take care of the situation. A divorce is a scary thing to go thru and I always said Jim was 'my blanket' because he made me feel comfortable and put you as ease thru such a difficult time and was always there for my son and I. Every time I called or email they was always a response right away and always kept you up to date or any info.
