Purchasing my home
During the eight months of negotiating the purchase of my home, Tim was with me every step of the way. The property had been in one family for over 100 years and there were numerous title issues and property specifications needing experienced review. Tim provided extensive guidance to the seller’s attorney regarding 35 year old trusts and wills which he needed to clear before the judge would issue a clear title. Tim's knowledge of these matters allowed the sale happen.
