Attorney Jane Owens Triano represents individuals in family law disputes, including divorce, post-divorce modification, custody, removal, alimony, child support, visitation, grandparents’ rights, paternity and complex property division. Attorney Triano also advises and provides legal services to individuals for real estate conveyances, estate planning, and the probate and administration of estates.
Attorney Triano is a trained divorce mediator and offers couples an alternative to the adversarial, emotionally and financially stressful way to ending their marriage. Mediation, often times, helps couples develop productive and effective methods of communicating with one and another about parenting issues, financial matters and the best interests of their children. As a mediator, Attorney Triano listens to the couples needs and strives to provide them with information and advice to allow them to make informed decisions during a difficult time.
