Awful experience! Gerard spent approximately 10 minutes over the phone with me and was able to see me once in person before my court date. Any interactions I I was able to have with him were very rushed and non productive. This was my first experience hiring an attorney and had many questions that we...re left unanswered. He was very dismissive of any concerns I presented with may case and became very defensive/angry when I eluded to anything regarding the obvious and valid concerns of police misconduct. I felt very unheard throughout the entire process and felt as though he was defending the prosecution rather than me. A lot of inconsistencies with any information he did provide to me which made the process more stressful. Thousands of dollars spent on an attorney that was more of a hindrance than helpful.

I had no criminal record. worked in law enforcement for more than 10 years. paid attorney Leflamme thousands of dollars. never figured that I would go to jail for a simple assault case. He must of had a good Idea I was going just before entering the court room he made sure that he received full pay...ment. Sentenced to 6 months I tried calling him from jail to find out what went wrong all he had to say was don't worry you wont be there for 6 months.

1st offense OUI, Speeding, Leaving he seen, not my best night. CWOF all the way around, Gerry did have to send a associate to the final court date as he a Federal case starting, but he was well informed and I felt he had my best interest in mind the entire time. Always promptly returned calls, answ...ered questions. In the end I got just what Gerry said he could get me. What more could you ask for. Thanks Gerry and Chris!

Jerry has been the best attorney. I owe him my life. He worked so hard and has been there foe everything. I dont know what this guy below is talking about because you couldnt find a better lawyer than him. You're very lucky to have him by your side in court!!!!! I have heard nothing but awesome thing...s about him and his team and I know it because i am currently going through a case with him. He is a stand up guy and keeps his word! He is a good man and a outstanding attorney. Everything he says he does and he honest. He's kept up everything hes said. I feel safe and confident with him by my side!
