Would not hire this lawyer again , paid a lot of money for nothing ,He made us believe we a had a good case for 3 years ,did not call any expert witnesses , doctors, any type of forensics people to examine the plaintiff or testimony . His whole case depended on weather the plaintiff testified or no...t and when she did it was all over . made a decision to take a plea because of uncertain resolution of case witch ended in a long prison sentence for a innocent man.

Awful experience! Gerard spent approximately 10 minutes over the phone with me and was able to see me once in person before my court date.
