Atty Hutchinson is the right type of shark, fast on his feet. He's tough but empathetic and really gets things. I can't write the best review without getting into my private personal details, but I have dealt with several lawyers in a high conflict 4 year long divorce and domestic situation with ...a narcissistic abuser, the justice system and everything else, been provided pro bono help by DV organizations, etc., hired independent atties both the family and district court, had to sue this guy over a stand mixer and even once got called by the late Jerry Springer for "Judge Jerry" over the extent of the nastiness of the small claims case, and this guy is the best, most with it lawyer I have had the benefit of working into or quite frankly even interact with. I think it helps that he was a police office too. He has a no BS, get it done style, he's funny, and I think his office has a pretty good working relationship with the District Attorney. Hire him. He saved me from a lot of heavy and serious stuff against what I thought were impossible odds.

I had a domestic violence case with accusations that could ultimately end with jail time based upon the details listed by my domestic partner girlfriend. I met Dan two days after being served by police and hired him on the spot. This was the best decision ever! I have never been arrested nor have... I had any criminal legal issues. My anxiety was through the roof and while explaining the worst case scenario, he coached me well and calmed my nerves. Dan’s advice and handling of the case was perfect. We reviewed the strategy options, evidence I could provide, and chose the best evidence for the court. I.e. He chose to eliminate items that would help us win, but upset the court and embarrass the girlfriend due to the nature of the evidence. Dan prepared me well for court, for taking the stand, teaching me what phrases work well and what phrases do not work well in court. Several weeks later we find out that we won! Dan found out through several check ins with the court and keeping tabs on the decision making process. Next it was all about waiting for the paperwork to be signed sealed and delivered. He finally received the paperwork and sent me a copy immediately. Along with the paperwork, he found out other information that we will need to watch in the near term. Dan is following up on that regularly. His network of contacts and communication skills will find the necessary information and keep me updated as it happens. We went up against one of New Hampshire’s largest legal firms and beat them! Larger is not better. Passion and desire for justice for his client will overcome any size firm. Dan is the best! If you have a serious legal issue, he is the one to hire. As mentioned earlier, hiring Dan was the best decision I made. Thank you Dan! I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, you will be hired immediately!
