I have had the good fortune to work with Attorney Jon Kurland on two occasions. Most recently he prepared the purchase and sales agreement and handled the closing of the sale of my home, which was complicated by being a private sale without the assistance of a realtor. Attorney Kurland mishandled my case - he did not secure or present necessary evidence at trial because he did not believe in the case and only took the case because he forgot to tell me he wanted to decline the case and the statute was running. He frequently stated " He did not do anything wrong"... which seems to be his mantra. While he "did not do anything wrong" in my estimation he did not do anything right either.
