Attorney Kurland mishandled my case - he did not secure or present necessary evidence at trial because he did not believe in the case and only took the case because he forgot to tell me he wanted to decline the case and the statute was running. He frequently stated " He did not do anything wrong"... which seems to be his mantra. While he "did not do anything wrong" in my estimation he did not do anything right either.

I was issued a subpoena to be deposed in a lawsuit that was extremely complicated. I was worried about the intricacies of the case and whether or not the process was a method to go after me personally at a later date.
