Great land use/zoning attorney!!h

Bill ALWAYS called back when I couldn't reach him. He was very proactive in suggesting strategies and time tables and had a great depth of experience and knowledge about land use and planning board procedures.

Condominium Dispute

Our condominium board faced a potential lawsuit by a disgruntled unit owner as well as a dispute (with a different unit owner) about the violation of a clause in our Master Deed. Bill Proia advised us on the legalities in both situations, identifying and explaining our options and the possible conseq...uences of the different actions we might take. He consulted with the attorneys for both sets of unhappy owners, drafted letters to the attorneys, helped us draft letters to the affected unit owners, and attended one of our unit owners' meetings to help us inform the group of our situation. He was always responsive, to the point where, so far anyway (because neither case has been entirely resolved yet), we believe that we are in a strong position to prevail in both situations.

William Proia

Bill Proia is one of the best attorneys I have used in my thirty years of real estate. We recently worked on a very sensitive condo project that required careful consideration to the language and laws for our documents. Bill was very professional when working on my behalf with the banks,engineers,and... other attorneys. I would recommend Bill over and over again!!

William J Proia

Bill is an exceptional real estate lawyer and has represented my real estate development requirements with skill and diligence for the past several years.... The problems I have encountered have been complicated and have therefore required an expertise in a wide variety of circumstancs. He is by far ...the most knowlegable and competent of the several lawyers I have used and I would highly recommend Bill and his highly regarded firm, Reimer & Braunstein, for any legal needs in the field of real estatereal estate legal needs. His demonstrated skill in dealing with planning boards as well as the Massachusetts Land Court court is sceond to none. If your legal needs require the "best", you should clearly consider Bill Proia of Reimer & Braunstein without hesitation . I endorse Bill and his firm unequivocally.... Randall Herald

review of Bill Proiaa

I purchased a fairly sizable parcel in Lexington Mass and obtained permits to build 26 condominium units including the preservation of the existing mansion. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with drafting the condo docs, preservation restriction, restrictive covenants, easements and other ...documents required by the Town.
