I purchased a fairly sizable parcel in Lexington Mass and obtained permits to build 26 condominium units including the preservation of the existing mansion. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with drafting the condo docs, preservation restriction, restrictive covenants, easements and other ...documents required by the Town.

Bill Proia is one of the best attorneys I have used in my thirty years of real estate. We recently worked on a very sensitive condo project that required careful consideration to the language and laws for our documents.
