At the firm I work for our motto is We Listen. We Act. We Solve Problems, that is what I do every day, listen to our clients to be able to understand their problems, coming up with the best solution for that particular client and help them in the most efficient, effective and least costly way to implement a solution.
When clients use our services we are not just filling out paperwork, we are looking at each person as an individual and figuring out how best we can help them to get back on their feet. I have helped hundreds of people stop foreclosure, save their homes, obtain reduced interest on their mortgages, strip off second mortgages, eliminate credit card, medical, personal loans, past due utilities, sometimes income taxes and most importantly re-budget. You can be in any income category and still need to re-evaluate and reassess your financial position.
We have helped many businesses restructure their finances to be able to stay in business or file Bankruptcy to wind down their business.
My focus is Consumer and Business law specifically: Consumer and Business Bankruptcy, Debt Settlement, FDCPA, FCRA and assisting clients with options with Student Loans payments. In our firm each person focuses on one or two areas of the law, so that they know that area of the law well. Our Attorneys and myself attend M.C.L.E's, programs at the Boston Bar, conferences, seminars, participate in listserv, network with other attorneys, membership with various legal organizations and in effort to keep abreast of the latest changes in the law, rules and procedures. Being proficient in an area or two of the law gives the client more value for their money.

Not just a great attorney, but a really caring person!
I spoke with Cynthia on a very complicated legal matter and she was able to help me work through each of my questions and concerns to identify the best path forward, even though it wasn't to hire her in this case. I would work with her in a minute if I had a case that made good sense to pursue.
