I have experience working with clients on a variety of employer/employee rights and issues including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unemployment, contracts, termination, severance, wage/hour, civil rights, investigations, policies, compliance, and related litigation.
I draft estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, health care proxies, and I assist with estate administration.
I also have experience in civil litigation matters including employment, personal injury, premises liability, contracts, torts, civil rights, products liability, business disputes, and various other matters.
I practice before the state and federal courts, as well as in a variety of administrative agencies including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Division of Unemployment Assistance.

Anne is very conscientious and thorough. She has an excellent memory, which is important for large litigation with a lot of documents to sort through. She is also very fast in drafting motions. Most of all, she is very ethical and trustworthy.
