Anne Clare Rosenberg

For more than twenty years, Anne has been a licensed attorney in Massachusetts, advocating for clients in both state and federal courts, and helping individuals and families with estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Anne enjoys working with clients and their loved ones to create practical and meaningful estate plans that achieve the dispositional goals and wishes of each client, while also looking to minimize each client’s estate and income taxes as assets transfer from one generation to another. Anne prides herself in drafting simple and complex, yet cost-effective, estate plans for all of her clients-young and old, single and married, etc.

Anne drafts tailored estate plans to meet her clients’ needs and circumstances. Her experience includes drafting powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, HIPAA authorizations, wills, funeral and burial instructions, various types of trusts (revocable, irrevocable, special needs, real estate, etc.), deeds, trustee certificates, homesteads, and more. Anne also works with young adults to prepare powers of attorney, health care proxies, HIPAA authorizations and FERPA releases.

Anne compassionately assists clients and their families after the death of a loved one. She has experience drafting probate petitions, navigating the Massachusetts probate courts, and working with trustees and beneficiaries in administering trusts. Anne has also served as personal representative, trustee and conservator.

Prior to joining Bedford Family Law, PLLC, Anne clerked for the Superior Court Department where she assisted Judges on both civil and criminal matters. Subsequently, Anne worked for various law firms in Massachusetts, both large and boutique, where she honed her trial skills and advocated for hundreds of clients in a multitude of different civil matters. She has litigated in dozens of state and federal trial and appellate courts.

When not practicing law, Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and visiting local beaches.
