Anne drafts tailored estate plans to meet her clients’ needs and circumstances. Her experience includes drafting powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, HIPAA authorizations, wills, funeral and burial instructions, various types of trusts (revocable, irrevocable, special needs, real estate, etc.), deeds, trustee certificates, homesteads, and more. Anne compassionately assists clients and their families after the death of a loved one. She has experience drafting probate petitions, navigating the Massachusetts probate courts, and working with trustees and beneficiaries in administering trusts. Anne has also served as personal representative, trustee and conservator.
Prior to joining Bedford Family Law, PLLC, Anne clerked for the Superior Court Department where she assisted Judges on both civil and criminal matters. Subsequently, Anne worked for various law firms in Massachusetts, both large and boutique, where she honed her trial skills and advocated for hundreds of clients in a multitude of different civil matters. She has litigated in dozens of state and federal trial and appellate courts.
