Attorney Clark succeeded in achieving the best outcome in a tough custody and support case. His knowledge and reactions in the courtroom brought a judgement that was well deserved.
I hired Robert as my attorney by the strong recommendation of a friend and never regretted my decision.
Robert worked effortlessly collecting and articulating the facts to the extreme so nothing would be missed and or questioned by the court. His extraordinary work effort and intelligence clearly obtained the best possible outcome and I have no doubt, he would do the exact same for each and every client.
HIGHLY RATED BY DIVORCE AND FAMILY CLIENTS! GENUINE AND TRUSTWORTHY RESULTS! CALL (978) 212-5044
Attorney Clark began his legal career in corporate tax, where he eventually became specialized in the global tax optimization of multinational corporate entities. His own experience with divorce showed him that divorce is unlike other types of litigation and requires a special kind of lawyer who can temper aggressiveness with straightforwardness and practicality, one who will listen to his clients' concerns, advocate fiercely for them and their children, and never be afraid to tell them when they are wrong. His mission is to be this kind of advocate.
With his background in finance, Attorney Clark is more comfortable than most at interpreting tax returns and financial statements, tracking hidden assets, and enabling his clients to keep the assets that are important to them. In the context of child custody, he believes firmly in working collaboratively to find mutual solutions that best serve children’s interests while addressing their parents’ concerns.
Attorney Clark is an active member of the Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem, the Divorce Center, and the family law sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He serves from time to time as a guardian ad litem in care and custody investigations for the Probate and Family Courts, as well as appointed counsel in care and protection proceedings initiated by the Department of Children and Families.
Attorney Clark is a 1989 graduate of Dartmouth College. He received his J.D. in 1994 from the Washington College of Law at American University, where he served as managing editor of the Law Review, and his LL.M. in taxation in 1995 from the New York University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1995 and Massachusetts in 2002.

Integrity and pragmatism, beyond reproach
I found his careful attention to detail, pragmatic approach, deep knowledge of the complex matters of family law, finance, alimony reform, navigating the nuances of the MA courts - lower, appeals court and in my case... as a result of his efforts - all the way to the SJC, to be extremely helpful in the aftermath of a very difficult divorce settlement that I was hit with. Mostly though, I found his sense of integrity and sincere desire to help divorcing spouses and families find better ways to resolve their matters to be an example that others, (including myself) can learn from throughout his work. He is a thoughtful problem solver well equipped to make a difference, even in the most difficult of cases. Highly recommended. Will

Thank you!!!
Attorney Rob Clark is a rock star!! He finalized my divorce yesterday after just a few weeks and one court date. He mediated to “get it done” at my request and I got all I asked for or expected without it dragging out at further expense.. I can’t recommend him enough or thank him enough . Divorce is not an easy choice or process for anyone. Bittersweet is a good word, more sweet than bitter for me. But whatever your circumstances Rob will make it easier and truly care about YOU!!
