Randall Barron was hired by me and my family to handle the legal aspects of the sale of our family home. My husband, a realtor, was the listing Broker, and worked closely with Randy. He exhibited exceptional kn...owledge and competence at real estate law, caring service to my parents in their late 90's, and a full attention to all the details that make deals work. Randy offered truly full-service.....an initial discussion of the property and the circumstances of the sale, a clear statement of the steps he would carry out ..along with a very fair fee. He proceeded to do everything he promised and more!...including a visit, along with his para-legal to the Assisted Living Facility where my parents reside to obtain deed and POA signatures....at no extra charge. Randy always responded immediately to our and my husband-realtor questions...giving clear understandable responses and most importantly he showed tremendous respect and concern for my parents and their welfare. I strongly recommend Randy Barron. He provided the legal services necessary for a smooth real estate sale. and he really cared about his clients!!

We retained Randy on the sale of our residential house in 2015. We quickly came to realize that Randy seemed to be available 24 hours a day using the technology of today to communicate(we thought, when does he sleep?). He was very attentive to our real estate needs, answered all questions that were a...sked. He was especially very accommodating when our first closing fell apart, and we had to start over with another buyer. It was a trying experience as it took us until the third interested buyer to finally sell the house. I would definitely recommend Randy for any and all of your real estate transaction needs.

Randall Barron is the best real estate attorney! He is thorough and his clients know about any problems (leans; property disputes etc) that they are about to purchase. He is always on your side! Would never use anyone else. He helped me on two home purchases. On one there was an error on the interest... rate in the documents. He immediately called the person that could correct the error and the closing was completed right there and then.

I've used Randy on 3 real estate transactions now and sleep better at night knowing that he is on my side. All 3 transactions have gone smoothly thanks to Randy's efforts, even though at least one was a bit more complicated than a 'plain vanilla' home sale. Randy is very thorough and kept me inform...ed at all times. He works hard to protect his clients. He is also very reachable which is nice because during periods of stress the last thing you want is to not be able to reach your attorney.
