We have had the pleasure of Randy's legal expertise and advice in several real estate transactions. The last one turned out to be more complicated than expected since a lawyer hired by a large bank had not picked up a title and mortgage mistake in a refinance transaction. Thanks to Randy never missin...g the smallest detail, the issue was resolved with no impact on our most recent closing. Sometimes you meet someone whom you know you can always trust, no matter how large (and we have had those) or how small (and we have had those, too) the issue requiring legal representation. Furthermore, he has a calm, non-confrontational manner that tends to defuse contentious situations that sometimes come up with buyer/seller negotiations. For real estate transactions, you can not find a better attorney and I strongly recommend him.
