We retained Randy on the sale of our residential house in 2015. We quickly came to realize that Randy seemed to be available 24 hours a day using the technology of today to communicate(we thought, when does he sleep?). He was very attentive to our real estate needs, answered all questions that were a...sked. He was especially very accommodating when our first closing fell apart, and we had to start over with another buyer. I am in the mortgage industry, and over the years I have hired Randall Barron to perform dozens, maybe even hundreds, of closings for my firm. Simply put: Randy Barron is the best. He is technically outstanding, with many years of conveyancing experience. Other attorneys call him when they have a ...technically difficult situation because he has the expertise to know how to resolve the problem. But what I really like most about Randy is that he explains to his clients what they are doing. Folks do not leave one of his closings saying "What just happened to me?". Furthermore, he has a calm, non-confrontational manner that tends to defuse contentious situations that sometimes come up with buyer/seller negotiations. For real estate transactions, you can not find a better attorney and I strongly recommend him.

I've used Randy on 3 real estate transactions now and sleep better at night knowing that he is on my side. All 3 transactions have gone smoothly thanks to Randy's efforts, even though at least one was a bit more complicated than a 'plain vanilla' home sale.
