About Mark
Biography
Since earning his J.D. from Northeastern University in 1972, Mark Scheier has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate real estate and business transactions with confidence. He began practicing in Acton in 1974 and, with Michael Katin, established the firm in 1990. His practice ranges from handling purchases, sales, and mortgage financings to forming corporations and LLCs, negotiating leases, and drafting a wide array of commercial agreements. Mark’s approachable style—hosting seminars for industry professionals, offering radio commentary, and maintaining open lines of communication—ensures clients feel supported at every step. Outside the office, he has led the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce, chaired its School-Business Partnership Committee, and served on boards for Indian Hill Music and AccesSport America. An avid racquetball player, Mark lives in Lowell with his wife, Rebecca, enjoys visits from their two grown children, and cherishes time with their grandsons.
