I assisted my client in a short sale of his home, negotiaitng a maze of issues. I had to negotiate with two mortgage lenders, neither of which was going to be paid in full. I was able to mediate a dis ... pute between the two lenders and reach an agreement that allowed my client to sell his home and walk away with no remaining legal liability.
