Att. Waldstein charged me a retaining fee of $1000 at the outset. on my first visit . A contract was signed indicating that he would charge $350 and hour, and would return any money left once the case was closed. The case was solved thanks to my hard work. We met at his office for one hour. My case... was fraud, I wrote the letter that solved the case. He provided his signature. That was all. In my estimation he overcharged me. Att . Waldstein was highly recommended, and I have no doubt he is a good lawyer, however I feel he should have honored our signed contract.

Mr. Waldstein helped me successfully resolve the problem with my case. He has very impressive experience and knowledge and because of all this, he was able to resolve all issues with my case in a timely and efficient manner. After I met with Mr. Waldstein and briefly explained to him the legal matter of concern to me, I provided him with multiple documents further detailing the case and he assured me he would follow-up with me after he had an opportunity to review them. Over the subsequent two months, he failed to respon...d to multiple phone calls and voicemails. If he was uninterested in taking my case, I believe he should have shown me the courtesy of simply saying so instead of ignoring my efforts to communicate with him. I found his behavior unprofessional and would not recommend him.
