I had to file Bankruptcy and was sick to my stomach having to do so, yes I was scared too. I had called 3 attorneys to check cost and most did not want to discuss anything or had ridiculous prices, the 4th attorney I called was Attorney David Crossley, he immediately put me at ease, took his time ex...plaining everything to me, including his cost (by the way was very reasonable) and before we hung up he had asked me if I had questions, he invited me to his office, I went, met his assistant, both were very nice and understanding. My wife and i were victims of a work at home scam and lost out big time. We were nervous and faced a large credit card balance at a big bank.
