I had to file Bankruptcy and was sick to my stomach having to do so, yes I was scared too. I had called 3 attorneys to check cost and most did not want to discuss anything or had ridiculous prices, the 4th attorney I called was Attorney David Crossley, he immediately put me at ease, took his time ex...plaining everything to me, including his cost (by the way was very reasonable) and before we hung up he had asked me if I had questions, he invited me to his office, I went, met his assistant, both were very nice and understanding. We went to the Hearing and just as he said it would take no more then 5 to 10 minutes, and that was all it did take, i was shocked and still pinch myself that I am out of this debt and so thankful for David's help, it went exactly as quick and painless as he said it would be, he is the best as far as I am concerned, I hope I do not need to use and attorney ever again but if I do, I know who I will pick for sure.
