I recently moved to MA from Canada, upon being promoted. After a series of unsafe incidents with an unethical Landlord, I found Robert's practice online and called him at 7:00 AM, Sunday morning. Robert took my call on the spot and educated me on Tenant, Landlord laws in MA. He counselled me for free throughout the week, during times of extreme stress. Robert is a sharp Lawyer, with high integrity. His compassion helped me push forward, realizing there is a lot of great people in this world.

I had Robert represent me in a magistrates hearing and he got exactly the result I wanted and ended the issue there and then. Thanks Robert.

Atty Nislick was brought into our litigation after several years with another firm that was not making the progress we expected. Our case was complicated and involved town zoning regulations and bylaws, management agreements, interpretation of condominium docs and easement rights. He studied the voluminous material of our case and understood precisely what needed to be done. As a result of his keen attention to the details and his knowledge of property law, we were able to settle the claims in a short period of time. What could be better then that?

I know Robert through our mutual membership in the Metrowest Bar Association. I have talked with him regarding many different cases, asked his advice regarding certain matters before me, and referred clients to him without hesitation. I am very comfortable recommending his services to those in need and I endorse him without reservation.
