About Michael
Biography
I made a decision 24 years ago following an internship with the Dade County State's Attorney's Office in Miami that following my graduation from Law School that I would devote all of my practice to criminal defense. My father thought I was crazy and never thought I could sustain a practice like that but following my appearance on the O'Reilly Factor in September of 2003 for a racial-profiling case that received national attention, he looked at me and for the first time in his life, told me he was wrong.
I handle each client with professionalism & bring a vast amount of jury trial experience to the courtroom. I also pride myself on returning every call, text or email prior to leaving for the day.

PROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT FORWARD
before i met attorney michael, i spoke to few different lawyers, everyone of them was really nice, but i had a feeling they are not straight forward, but when i met attorney michael, me and my wife felt that he is the one we were looking for, he is straight forward.

A-1 Attorney
Attorney Erlich represented me in an OUI case, second offense, failure to stop for a red light, and refusal to take a chemical test which resulted in a three year loss of my license. I was found not guilty and my license was reinstated immediately. I would highly recommend Attorney Michael Erlich
