This is our first time needing a criminal defense attorney. Our son racked up a long list of charges involving domestic abuse, guns and alcohol all of which started with alcohol. You can tell by watching his interaction with others that everyone knows him and respects him. There’s no substitute for experience and he’s got it. He knows how to get things done. Our case turned out better than expected. Im not sure that would have been the case if we went with another attorney. Without a doubt if me or my family ever needed an attorney Michael Erlich is on my speed dial. No need to look anywhere else.

I hired Mike for a complicated domestic violence case. I was fighting serious felony charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, and assault on household member. This was an accident and not an intentional assault. I had confessed it in front of the police by myself th...at it was an accident and I still was charged. My entire life was on stake. I had walked through hell of a mental and emotional abuse in a relationship for 10 years and this incident had happened accidentally. Although the alleged victim - my ex knew it was accidental, she was not cooperating. I had shortlisted top lawyers to defend me in this case. Today, I got pre-trial probation that will save immigration consequences and my save my permanent resident status. Hence, in my experience I found Mike super knowledgeable in law, highly confident, and also smart. In addition, he is very professional, always available on text and responds immediately. Being falsely accused of a domestic assault charge was my situation I was dealing with. My reputation was at stake. My job was also on the line because if convicted on this false claim I would of been fired on the spot. Basically the ripple effect of damage of a guilty verdict would of been severe on... me and my future. Trusting another person to help defend your case is a really hard spot to be in. Getting in touch with a lawyer can be difficult at times in my experience ,however that wasn't the case with him. Every time I reached out to Mike he responded and made me feel that he was taking my case seriously as it was serious to me. At trial is where I really saw how good he is at what he does. He argued my case so well it was even better then my high expectations were for him! I was so thankful for my not guilty verdict! Justice was served! At the end of the trial even one of the people who worked for the court house and sat next to the judge asked for his business card lol. Just goes to show how well he did in the court room and other peoples opinion of him in the field.
