My practice predominantly focuses on family law and criminal defense and I pride myself on being efficient. Your time and mine are valuable and I like to work a case as thoroughly as possible without wasting excessive time and money.
While many people view their job as just that, a job, my career is a passion, therefore, I teach at a local community college. There, I try to pass on the importance of understanding how and why things are done, hoping to inspire others to make choices that will garner positive results.

Attorney Fernandez is amazing!
Incredibly kind woman who has a knack for what she does. So good at it that they didnt even hold the hearing for a 209a and still got the dismissal and no extension. She is very good at laying out the plan and honing it until the last minutes. Thank you very much Attorney Fernandez!
