My practice predominantly focuses on family law and criminal defense and I pride myself on being efficient. Your time and mine are valuable and I like to work a case as thoroughly as possible without wasting excessive time and money.
While many people view their job as just that, a job, my career is a passion, therefore, I teach at a local community college. There, I try to pass on the importance of understanding how and why things are done, hoping to inspire others to make choices that will garner positive results.

Miracle worker!
My boyfriend was in a harsh OUI trial and she was able to not once but twice get him out of any jail time (which we all thought wasn’t exactly deserved in this case but the court has its own ways). If she did not he would’ve possibly two years in a row been in custody during the entire holiday season...

I was caught OUI at a .26 I fell three times during my FST but Ms. Fernandez went above and beyond to help me win my case. She caught the cop in, like 100 lies and I think he went back to his cruiser and cried! You're the best Ms. Fernandez!
