Biography
I am a Massachusetts attorney practicing Worker's Compensation for 28 years. My practice focuses on Worker's Compensation litigation and education. My practice covers the entire state (all five regional offices). I have been published on multiple occasions on Workers' Compensation topics. I lecture annually at seminars and train insurers and employers nationwide. I am a proud fellow of The College of Workers' Compensation Attorneys and on the Advisory Board of Kids' Chance MA. I am active in the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association and Kids' Chance of MA (Board member). I look forward to speaking with you about your questions.

Great Help
I had fallen at work and the workers comp person was unresponsive. In a ton of pain. After Jim got involved my MRI was approved, 3 weeks after the fall. To find out I fractured my pelvis & hip.
